I'm Jialun!

I'm thrilled to welcome you to my UX portfolio and offer you a glimpse into my journey. My passion for understanding human behavior ignited during my undergraduate years as I delved into Psychology. Post-graduation, I embarked on a path in UI/UX design. However, it was a poignant moment witnessing my grandparents' struggles with mobile technology that truly shaped my direction. Their experience ignited a desire within me to bridge the gap between technology and underrepresented users. Motivated by this, I set out to become a designer who crafts intuitive experiences accessible to all. This led me to pursue further education at the University of Maryland, where I immersed myself in the study of Human-Computer Interaction. My journey is driven by a commitment to designing products that empower and enrich the lives of diverse user communities.
